Tradition Mortgage was founded by a group of local Minnesota mortgage professionals looking to establish a high level of quality and service. Our focus is to retain clients for life by taking the time to fully educate them on the loan process and various products available. The goal is to empower the client to help them make the best decision regarding their financing needs and increase overall satisfaction. Tradition Mortgage bases its business on our clients remaining with us and referring others for our services. This can only be done by ensuring all our clients receive the services they need and the respect they deserve.

Our staff has the ability to access our network from their home office, ensuring we are always available. We are one of the largest privately-owned mortgage banking businesses in the state. Tradition Mortgage owns and operates its own title company, Title by Tradition. This is an important factor that gives us the flexibility to control the loan process from start to finish. By eliminating third parties, we are able to resolve issues internally and to close and fund loans virtually anytime, day or night. The mortgage process has many moving parts.
