requested. To prepare a loan application, we must analyze a prospective
borrower’s income and debt, so that we can determine the maximum
mortgage that the prospective borrower (s) can afford. To conduct this
analysis we collect and compile a prospective borrower’s or loan
applicant’s financial information (including tax returns, investment
statements, credit histories, etc) and other related documents that are
part of the application process. We also may verify employment, income
assets, deposits, mortgages and rents. Often an appraisal of real
property is conducted. Furthermore, we may collect identification and
contact information, such as your name, address, telephone number,
social security number and email address. Safeguarding Your Information We
maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply
